RODI (Reverse Osmosis Deionization) filters are advanced water purification systems designed to produce high purity water for various applications. Here's how they work:

How It Works

• Source Water: Water enters the system through a sediment filter, capturing physical particles like sand.
• Sediment Filter: It removes particles that can be physically filtered out, ensuring a clear water flow.
• Carbon Filter: This stage reduces VOCs (volatile organic compounds) and contaminants like chlorine, enhancing water quality.
• RO Membrane: The heart of the system, reducing Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) by at least 90% for pure water.
• Deionization Filter: The final stage where water passes over resins, exchanging remaining ions with H+ and OH- for ultra-pure water.

Maintenance Tips

Ensure optimal performance by back flushing the RO membrane for 15 seconds once per month. Monitor filter conditions through pressure drop and discoloration, replacing them as necessary.
